If by flows you mean the number of concurrent connections to the proxy, then you are talking about TCP connections. 30 is the number of allowed TCP connections on RSocks. One site can use several such connections at the same time — from 5 to 30. Your software had 14 windows open. And each of the windows went to a different site. So that's 372 threads, 5-30 connections multiplied by 14 windows
