I started my youtube journey 2 weeks ago. Picked up a sports niche. Struggling a lot for views and subs but still trying my best.
My journey progress so far:
1. After 2 weeks my Channel gets total 1.3K views Total
3. Total Watch Hours 7.3 [All shorts]
2. Only 3 subs

Just 1 quick question: Is my growth too slow or am I doing well ? A quick advice/motivation for me would be awesome!

GOAL : 1000$/Month [Try hard]
Will keep updating/posting here after each success!

Merge into communities for your niche such as Facebook groups with huge numbers. Relevant Subreddits. Forums, etc etc!!!! You could even hire people on fiverr for a $3-5 an hour and do this virtual work for you. Nonetheless, keep it up!

Yeah, currently I'm posting to Reddit + Quora. For now I will manage channel myself. Will outsource it once it generates revenue just a quick question though: How do I add Film songs to my Video LEGALLY? any procedure/steps?

if you are into Shorts, Youtube itself will promote your content. Do not worry about growth it will pick up eventually.
Besides are those shorts your creation or are you reuploading.

Actually both. I'm making my own content too but More views are coming from Re-uploaded content. Any issues that I need to be aware of?

With Reuploaded content chances are of copyright strike I have personally got in 2 of my accounts and after that the channel kind of dies from 3-5k per day normally to 3-5 a day.

Also Shorts channel cannot apply for YPP so your option to monetize is to send traffic to offers or other stuff.

Thanks mate for the advice. I'll focus on making Videos more than Shorts now. The reason I started with shorts was to gain subscribers and reach early with low effort (<60s videos) I'll focus more on actual videos now.
