if you want to create a static HTML website and don't create your own theme then yes.
however you can also adapt almost any responsive HTML theme for use with argo content yourself, if you have a basic knowledge of HTML.
or you can use wordpress which provides lots of free responsive themes, then you also don't need the extra plugin.

I have been using argo for a few months now, mostly to create my PBN sites and also as a text generator tool, and it has been really helpful! The program isn't very hard to understand: it makes it very easy and fast to create entire sites with hundreds of pages. Argo already comes with a lot of site templates to use but if you know a bit of HTML you can easily make your own from scratch or by copying other sites.

The markov text generator also works surprisingly well, even when using the pure markov version(there is also a pseudo-markov version that makes more sense and is more readable):I have made a lot of backlinks using pure markov and they indexed very well.In fact, there are AI content writing tools that index much worse,yet they will cost you a lot more long-term than argo.

The support for argo-content is also great:Styx usually replies quickly and is very helpful.He has helped me a lot more than he had to, not only with the technical of using argo, but also with SEO in general. Definitely recommend!
