I've been following you for several months here, and you are a big inspiration for me.
Thanks to you, I started playing with browser automation but since I don't have any solid programming knowledge, I had to start with zennoposter, and my main obstacle currently is proxy, I have two questions if you don't mind.

My problem is that residential/mobile proxies are too expensive because most of them are being paid per used Gb and I use a lot of traffic and here comes my first question.

How / or do you even limit the amount of traffic your bots use? Like you use mainly https requests, or you have some method to cache websites, so once it's cached, every next bot is going to use a cached version?

This would not be a problem if I would make my own setup with unlimited data plans, and I thought about investing in several raspberry pi and dongles but I saw your post where you said that for a bigger scale, raspberry is not a good option and that you use an old pc with usb hud and dongles, and my second question is, would you consider making a tutorial on how to do that with a PC? I'm sure that would help many of us here :-D

I don't know how zennoposter or BAS works regarding this but yes, I use cache a lot and I tend to skip everything I can from being proxied, e.g. - you do not need to pull images, CSS, and javascript files from the proxy, it will not only increase the speed but decreases the amount of traffic you will gain in terms of GB.

You can use rPi, it's just that you will have less amount of dongles you can run per pi but perhaps you will be completely fine running 3-4 dongles.

That being said, a Linux laptop will not differ from raspberry pi much, just use Debian 8, with 9-10 you will have to do some additional network interface configuration that can be painful for a newbie in a sysadmin role.

Anyhow, if you need, DM me and I will give you free residential proxy access with a pool of 500k IP addresses with a fair use condition from your side.

friend. I've read all of your threads and it's quite interesting. I also got some inspiration. But this is too much work.

I can create an effect similar to the way you spam YouTube with just two accounts.

Warming up a lot of accounts and posting comments on YouTube videos on videos that are already ending traffic spikes with degraded video metrics isn't appropriate to make the most of it.

I can select content that generates YouTube traffic. About 80% chance.

So you can use all the traffic from the start of the traffic to the point when it becomes viral and ends.

A single channel can generate as little as hundreds of thousands of traffic or as many as millions of traffic per day. haha. Maybe I can reduce your work.

I was able to scale up to 10k/month in passive income selling various CPA offers on social media using bots that I have built myself. As DeStorm likes to say "another day, another challenge."

So now I want to push my setup even further, finally add new channels and try to optimize my setup even more and hopefully push to 20k/month by end of July.

Here you can see how optimizing only a single channel can bring a huge difference in traffic and earnings.

As you can see, there are still a lot of drops in my income and that is because I use a way oversaturated channel which is full of spam already. In this forum, it's considered a dead one, haha. I guess I'm a dead method necromancer then.

I got my monthly costs down as low as -$360/month. so from last month's revenue of $10828.40, it's almost all profit.

Plans for this month:

1. Get done with old tasks:
- Finish funnel part with collecting emails/numbers from leads.
- add at least one big social site to my setup - Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, or Tinder.

2. Add new optimizations and traffic sources
- Optimize how and when my bots work regarding of timezones
- Add a way to collect push notification subscribers to send followups for possible leads
- Add at least 3 new traffic channels, I still rely only on one channel, and if it goes down...
- Find a way to monetize Tier 3 traffic, as adult CPA pays shit for them

Obviously, I have to work on my youtube journey as well, but it's pretty passive and I have to age my cookies/accounts before real work will start.

The last update was like 4 months ago, where do I even start? I did not post updates because... I did not feel for it. A lot of stuff was happening and just random small updates without any meaning or goal seemed like a waste of my reader's time. I’ve made a large article, taking more than 5 google doc pages but who would even be interested in reading such a long post so I decided to split it into smaller updates.

Some things did not go as planned. Some went better than others.

Anyhow, let's dive into it.

Right now earning 500 EUR/day(~$530) on avg. It's still $16k from my $20k goal so I can't mark this journey as finished. I’ve added a new revenue stream - renting out my proxy setup so it gives $2k/month additional income but as it’s not related to free traffic I cant add it to my goal.

I’ve limited myself to working only on three projects and it finally gives results, no more jerking around with tests and bootstrapped prototypes that do not give any value to the end goal.

A friend of mine persuaded me to focus on Instagram before doing any other socials so this is where I’ve spent the last months - building a setup of reversed android API for Instagram. Right now running only 200 accounts and learning about limits and triggers. Did you know you can use ipv6 to run your Instagram automation for dirt cheap? Well, now you do. Later on, I will tell you how.

I just split my first project into libraries and small apps. The experience is insane. And I see how one lengthy piece of code will serve me for years.

A library can be turned into a package as well.

It's not microservices but it's about splitting stuff to many services too. To be more exact, it's a mono repo + libs.

That's hilarious stuff. I built one thing recently and it looks like it can be turned into 5 small businesses with small twists.

I think it's possible to turn developer notes into developer articles. Ideas pop out of nowhere all the time.

Software development is great when you consider one piece of work can be reused as many times as circumstances and ideas allow.
