You could try it, but take backups at least once a week...Much better if you could take them daily...

For testing, yes...
But if you intend to make money with it then it's a no.
No such thing as free lunch. They could shut it down anytime.

Ads running on your service site is not a good indication for me, I use them for demos to try themes and plugins, once I check that all is running I just backup and upload into the final paid hosting service

Later edit: Run away from the so-called free hosting companies. Usually, your site will be hosted on a shared server with other junk sites. Just my 2c

I've heard someone a few months ago saying that his website (hosted on infinityfree, obviously) had been deleted after 1 month, out of the blue sky, without explanation, without backups, and without ever getting it back
Whether or not this is true, I don't know, but many free hosting providers do shady stuff (delete your website, put ads over them, throttle your traffic, are slow as fuck, and so on)

In any case when you start dealing with free hosting you have to take care of backup and be ready for situation when web hosting provider can close your account without any notice. There are a lot of paid hosting services at reasonable prices.

Who they earn money? Your data can be leaked and even your website hacked lool.
You can buy a Hosting with 3€ or 4€, even a VPS!!
Check this offshore hosting, with 4€ monthly or 11.88€ yearly vps.. do you think this is expensive? No no..
