Con; This is personal preference because I hate Crappyscape and only use Quetext.

We don't use SPP, we have our own proprietary order delivery system in place, so I'm not sure what you meant there?
We have tested QueText in depth, but in our experience, it's way too slow with larger pieces, and they have too many false positives simply because of the way people write, which doesn't have much to do with actual plagiarism and is only natural. We have produced dozens of articles which have ranked on page 1 of Google just fine that QueText was showing some % of "plagiarism" for, but which Google didn't seem to actually take into consideration. There will be similar words used when a topic has already been covered in-depth many times over by various websites.
Also, Copyscape is the industry standard, and when you do a couple million words a month like we do, you can't go double checking everything with every tool on the market, unless if that was specified in advance by the client. There's dozens of these tools out there, and some of them are very opinionated.

I like how the seller provides a meta description and a plagiarism screenshot in the report. Although it came as an article I will probably use this to design a service page with minimal edits.

I didn't check plagariasm / grammar in detail - I paid attention mostly to writing style, information structure and etc.
The article was written really well to my surprise! I can tell that the writer made his research properly before writing the content and that's what is important.
Also I love the way you can order via website and actually see order process. A small tip to the seller - the e-mail that comes when the order is finished, try to use a different headline for the e-mail. Currently you are using "New Message Regarding Your Order
" and when I saw it, it kinda reinforced negative feelings in me because I was expecting some problems occurred
