Just got banned from Mailchimp on an account that I've had since 2016 and never used it to spam. The site's nothing dodgy either. Same type of thing to the URL I have in profile.

Mailchimp said they have a bot triggered by "certain words" and once you use them even if ur not spamming, it is too risky for them to carry on with you, so....use leetspeak I guess :/

So, I had a blog update there that sent emails on an update in an RSS feed. Can you recommend another provider that does that and allows crypto? Or do I have to set up a mail server :/

I'm trying with moosend, apparently they even allow gambling. if they ban me too, won't try for a third time.

this is why i joined this forum lmao. no matter what i personally do, i am going to get swept along anyway because risks are judged in a carpet way, not case by case...so i might as well actually spam

Unless you cross your line your safe here :)

Good luck with your mailing ..
Thanks mate. I can feel it in my bones that good stuff will come out of this :)

For transactional mail, I use SendFox, which is an Appsumo deal you can grab, and try, pretty easily. (you can refund it, if it doesn't work for you)
For cold mail, I only ever recommend gmass, lemlist, or wavo, but there's also outreachbin, and a bunch of others out-there.
The more advanced routes would be Mailgun, or perhaps MailWizz on OVH servers, or something.

For anything that requires special integrations, or more elasticity, I wouldn't trust most transactional platforms.
I run a service for B2B Lists, and I get more complaints about Mailchimp than anything.
Second to them would be GetResponse and AWeber, and other common platforms.

I mostly focus on the list stuff, these days, but I've got a couple buddies I recommend, who focus on cold mail campaigns.
If you shoot me a message, I'd be glad to send you their emails, and they might be willing to help you out, perhaps.
In any case, best to you in getting it figure-out! :o
