It has been 2 days since they responded to me(which took 4 DAYS to get LMFAO)
For now, until I'll get my issue solved - I can't recommend you to use this service if you're looking for a good support service.

This service made me so many problems and pain.
I honestly say, DON'T USE THIS SERVICE if you're looking for decent, honest, and fast responsive service.
There are MANY other services that offer better services.
Each issue you have - they'll blame you and won't take any responsibility.

At 2022-01-13 07:42:28 I created a new ticket (ticket #2) since they didn't reply to me for 2 days already.
The ticket says:
So if "Tickets are answered on a first come first serve basis"... how exactly do you answer on a ticket that was created on the 13th while there's a ticket that still waiting for a response since the 11th?

This service seems to be the WORST that exists, and I'm pretty confused how the admins here let them keep running this thread.

We have already tried using Stripe in the past and it has not worked well with our clients that is why we don't offer it. We did not take down PayPal on purpose. you can't change the ig account username and create another account with the same old username and ask us for refill again
