Done some reading on the forum and trying to aggregate the information concerning creating live accounts in Google Ads. Be it threshold or whatever, the key goal is making the new account possible to work with and avoid the "sus payments" thingy. This is not a "I know everything" thread, I just want to gather scattered pieces of info we have in one place and ask additional questions. Hopefully the thread will be of use for everyone else. Feel free to comment on any point of things we need and / or share your experience, any info is of value.

- Anti-detect browser. Having one with savable / sharable setups helps a lot and saves time.
- IP / proxies. As mentioned by people who claim to have some success in having a valid way of creating accounts, residential proxies are not a musthave, we can do well with cheaper datacenter proxies. The question is do the proxies have to match the payment info country and city? Do we need to check proxies IP's with tools like maxmind or ipqualityscore before we use them?
- Credit cards. From what I've read, VCC's still work, if they show up as debit / credit cards in card type. Do I need US cards to advertise in US though?
- SMS service to confirm account. Google asks this sometimes. I wonder if there's a workaround to avoid it.
- Your landing pages, obviously.
- Your Google Ads account. Now that is the major thing. Nobody will share their methods of creating one and I totally see why. People who demand answers from other forum members seem to act like kids who've been denied of a toy they want. Firstly, no one wants to compromise something that works for them. Secondly, there's no guarantee someone else's method will work even if you repeat it step by step. There are tons of variables on account creation and experimenting with them might give somewhat viable percent of success. I just wish we knew what those variables are and where to start bruteforcing the thing.
