I was really excited to try out this software. Since the demo version has limited features, I figured I'd buy the software, see its full potential and see how my team likes it. I ran into some technical issues that made me wait for support to assist me before I could use the software. I was able to get in and see if it was the right tool. Ended up not being the correct tool for our needs.
you sent the following via email:
"Im looking to request a refund. I purchased argo-content a few days ago (2). This tool is a little too complex for my team and i would have liked to see some additional features.
1. allow person to add a wordpress website even if they have a security plugin installed to change the login slug.
2. allow person to update plugins automatically with the click of a button."
i've replied to you, that for question 1: "you can disable and re-enable security plugins. since this is an automated tool security plugins may obviously block it. thats just the nature of it and we can't take all security plugins into account on the market."
and your question 2: "we nowhere state that automatic updates are possible, we just allow automatic install and activation of plugins.
however wordpress updates can be done automatically."
I requested a refund. denied.
His response?
"as per our ToS all sales are final. you can see our terms here https://argo-content.com/ToS and you can see and accept or decline them on install."
our ToS clearly states that all sales are final, which you can read prior to purchase on our website AND you have to accept them when installing the software.
you agreed to the terms by installing and using the software. due to the nature of this software, refunds arent possible as it would be abused too much, people would just create sites and then refund, this is why i choose this model and clearly inform you multiple times before purchase. then just don't buy things without doing proper research. just because it is "too complex" for you as you stated and don't want to take the time to learn it, its really not my fault. then claiming i treat customers bad, just because you don't follow the rules is not nice. i still offered you help and support, but you didn't want to take any help.
[*]Software Usability: 3/10 - Seems like an aged VB software. could use some love on more features and a better UI.
[*]Working With Itz_styx: 2/10 - I will be sure to never do business with them again.

its not VB, its created in C# and uses standard winforms GUI which is common for tools like this. you don't need a flashy GUI for business software, besides you saw it on the screenshots before purchase.
now just filling a false paypal claim (for a physical item) and leaving a bad review because you are upset and want to hurt my business is just low...
i always help everyone and go beyond support of the actual software with SEO tips etc, so my other hundreds of customers have been happy sofar.

you are the only negative comment since i created this thread in 2015 !
