My review:

The Op is honest and open and a pleasure to deal with.

Cons: The articles written are rewrites of the homepage of your site. I wouldn't say this is a major downfall as they are acceptable for directory listings. There were a few submissions that had been rejected or not placed on the article directory, in particular the ezine articles driectory.
There was an issue on one of the social submit sites where the backlink were being replicated over about 70 odd pages. The Op is currently trying to fix this, i will update if there is anything to add.

Don't let the above put you off though.. Read the pro's

Pros: The op was quick to answer any questions i had, when i spotted the mistakes he was apologetic and made an effort to re-check all work and make sure it was rectified. He has even gone to the effort to try and remove these 70 odd pages of backlinks, i don't beleive him or his team were to blame and it looks like the site was in error. He was helpfull throughout the process and even did a re-submit on 50 social bookmarks for me to make up for this error. The price is a steal for these packages,look around you won't find cheaper.

To sum it up. Op could maybe do a double check on premium article submits i.e ezine or inform cutomers to do so. Otherwise the service i received was faultless and a very helpfull guy. Turnaround time was above industry standard and overall a pleasure to deal with.
