Min. amount is 20$. Account might be suspended because of your ads not because of the account. There are no refunds since I provide working accounts, but you can get an account replacement for a fee (from 60$-100$ depending on your membership level)

1. Membership is a monthly fee. You pay after 1 month.
2. During daytime (Moscow timezone) within 30 min - 1 hour. Max is 24 hours
3. New gmails as well. Doesn't matter anyway how old is Gmail

5. I have my own account running since September 2021 with white hat ads and have no problems. The ads review time depends on Google Ads and can take up to 24 hours (for search ads usually within 30-60 min, for videos a little longer from what I've seen)

When any prepaid (payment already made into Google Ads account) Google Ads account gets suspended for whatever reason, then Google Ads always refunds the amount which is unused in the Google Ads account and this amount gets refunded back to the payment method in the Google Ads account, in your case 100% legit cards.
So, if your customer for example pays you US$100 or US$200 or US$Whatever to be loaded in the Google Ads account and account gets suspended, no matter the reason for suspension, Google Ads will refund that money back to the card in the Google Ads account. (And your's are legit cards) and that amount you say you will not refund back to your buyer ?

Google Ads always gives a refund back for any suspended account (any suspension reason, even for suspicious payment suspensions) for any remaining balance in the account. On a suspended Google Ads account (any suspension reason), one can request a refund by canceling the Google Ads account (takes 2 clicks to do that) and upon that they automatically initiate a refund to the card associated with the Google Ads account. So, that amount you would not refund back to your customer, you keep that money ?
If you want to not refund the price per account you charge, that could be understandable, but the above explained situation and you say that refund from Google Ads, you will not refund back to your customer ??? That is a totally unfair business practice.

On any suspended Google Ads account (even suspicious payment suspensions), Google Ads always refunds any unused balance, back to the card and thank you for clearly mentioning that you do not at all refund any part of that amount back to your customers ...... you keep that full amount.
So, I if buy a card loaded with US$500, make payment to Google Ads and account for whatever reason is suspended, Google Ads always will refund, so that US$500 gets refunded back to the card and you will keep all that entire US$500. Thank you for your very clear reply. I no way would try your service and all the best to others who do.
