in my opinion, the best decision is to release your video right at the start of a fresh week. Generally, people like to consume content Mondays and Tuesdays after their weekend activities revive their appetite to read and watch more stuff.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll research a bit more what time is the best to post videos.
Honestly, I didn't use any tags, maybe I pointed to the good niche. I only posted 10 videos and got 8k views and 30 subscribers in 5 days. Maybe I was lucky. But I'll try another niche to see what will happen. I did blackhat niche and Youtube penalized my account but I created 10 new channels now.

Share it in related Facebook group for initial views. Once it gets viral, you can capitalize but the content quality should be good so as to make best from initial viewers.
