I'm looking for a simple download service which can download image posts from Instagram.
Years ago I used 4K Stogram and different browser plugins, but due to the lower crawling limits from Instagram this isn't successful anymore.

Is there an online service or program that can download posts without risking your own account?

that's called reposting, if you credit the creator, there's almost 0 risk they will do anything against your account. Even if you don't credit them, IG itself will probably not do anything. I grew a page to 40k likes just reposting stuff, it has 850 posts+ and only once someone told me to not repost their content. People often are happy that their posts are reposted and even send me their posts.

I have no idea, but a lot of people do that. Make some original content and tag the channel you took it from if you want to be extra safe.

There are a lots of them but most of them don't allow bulk downloads, A Custom Bot would be a perfect fit for your situation. Also I remember there was a software here on BHW for Bulk Downloads but it got shut down or they stopped operating it..
