So There's this project I have been following for a few months now and I have a few questions regarding some of the terms and other stuff
Is there anyone who has ever got in a project's pre-sale?
Or Someone who knows more about pre-sales?

If yes, could you please comment or either message me?

Hundreds of us have participated in presales before. Some people here have even launched their own tokens and organized presales. You can ask any question and people will be happy to help. It's best to ask publicly so we can all contribute to the understanding and learn together.

Thank you for your responses

I will go ahead and paste the URL and If you guys can shed any light or help me understand more about this would be great.

Tell us what your doubts are :)
please check the Url
Its in pre sale 3 , seems to end in about a week from now.

What do you want to know?
Vesting?
I was hoping to get into pre sale 3
tho there are few things that raise red flag about the whole project
so what im seeking is someone who can take a look and see if im missing something here

I do not have much information of ICO but one thing I know is that all those who apply do not get it. If you find good project and get allotment, 10x is the least you will get.

That's all good but do you go about it.

Is looking into twitter and subreddits the recommended way to go?

If there is vesting period you will not receive all the tokens at a time.
They will be distributed according to there schedule.

You are not asking questions about presale. You are asking people to do due diligence for you. That is very different.

Tell us what red flags you see. Doing thorough due diligence takes way too much effort and time for someone to do on your behalf.

I checked their LinkedIn accounts at least and they seem to be legit.

They do seem to be legit.
They have a good rep if we go through the social media accounts.

Telegram group is filled with bots.
No one actually asks a question related to the project
Best of luck, good luck, greet project
Typical bot comments.

Second they seem to use SAFT.
So I'm not sure what saft is but with what I have read around its like a DocuSign or more like agreement between the company and the investor.
Private sale was supposed to end 2 weeks ago tho it's still going on for some reasons.

There aren't any big red flags.
Tho as it's something I haven't done before I'm bit confused with if it would be wise to get into private sale.
I don't want anyone to do any research for me.
If you happen to get curious about this project you'll probably dig into this yourself and may share some views.

I would just like to have some opinions regarding this

I find this image pretty bizarre. They are advertising an "initial market cap" of $1.75 million, but I have no idea what that is even supposed to mean or how it is relevant.

Nothing in the whitepaper really refers to the token. The whitepaper seems to be not finished. These appear to be placeholder numbers. Really funny that they say the ratios are very important, but they didn't even include what the ratios are.

If I am not mistaken, SAFT happens when the token is not yet minted. It is an agreement to give a certain amount of token to an investor when the tokens are minted in the future, in exchange of the investment they are making today.

I am not an attorney, this is not legal advice and is definitely not investment advice. Do your research!
