Sold one more site this week!

No middle man, as i already have experience selling the site and sales part is much easier for me. I posted few FB website flipping groups. You can search and find it anytime.
ok thanks, so you mean u already get their trusts? How did you manage that when You are starting?

Informational. And make sure you do the keyword research well, optimize the article accordingly.
So you were paid for guest posts from other sites then? Do the offers show up at your doorstep or did you do something to encourage inquiries like on the about page?

No i meant, i have experience in selling sites, so i have my way of making sure they ask questions, being transparent, don't anoy if he is not interested, provide your contact details or reference / reviews about your work. this is more than enough to gain their trust!

Also, make sure to give him the confidence that you will be available for him if any issue arises.

It comes organically, i dont reach out to anyone. Dont ever do that, PEOPLE hate that.

Congratulations on the sale!

You seem to be quite experienced in selling sites, do you have a general formula for calculating the price? (e.g. from revenue, traffic, content, etc.)

Thanks!

No, it depend on your niche and earning per month. Even if you have huge traffic, without any value to earn money, i say low price. So create value to earn even if you have 100 per day traffic, you can ask minimum 5k price.

One more victory!

Sold my tech magazine site this week for 35X profit. My expense was $550 including the writing article, Since i did the Design and development of the site, SEO and all other stuff.

Started this year and grew my site organically by publishing good content. Also my Own SEO strategy worked well to bring quick traffic.

This is my 6th site from past 3 years and i successfully managed to sell every site i started each year.

People said, tech niche is hard, but i say its super easier than you think, all you have to think different and try narrow your ideas.

I am already working on 2 more sites now, will sure update my progress here.

Thanks BHW for lot of learning and givings.
How did you sell your website ? I have 1 fitness blog and i want to sell but i dont know where to find customer.
