Sold one more site this week!

Great work! If you don't mind me asking, where are you selling these websites? Are you reaching out to prospects directly or selling them on an open marketplace such as Flippa?
Nope, all the site I sold through FB groups and never had success with flippa.

you can find those groups by searching “website selling”

Congratulation for your success . Maybe you can open a journey ....
I wish I had time , I thought of it couple of times but I usually change my plans a lot and adapt to the situation. So can’t keep updating the details everyday.

Nice, you sould it for nearly 20k then. One question which strangely nobody asked, what was the organic traffic?

I have a website too, about 100 visitors a day, making like 1-2 sales a month on clickbank (20-50$), I hope I can sell it on groups like you did.
Ofcourse you can!

make sure the site looks good in design and UI.

create value, I mean more earning gems potential is important for a good sales.

Ya I never emotionally attached to my sites, so I keep a year a time line and grow it best as possible and exist. Earn much as possible and Move to new ones.

one reason is that I don’t trust Google or any other search engines.

my organic traffic was 2.8k per month.

wow, i would like to know FB group :)
because now only flippa managers write me to offer list me site " I work for Flippa.com and I’m almost certain our buyers would be interested in this, you’d likely do quite well. "
Ya they send me those emails regularly as well but I don’t waste my time there, I had good success rate in FB and forums like this.

try Flipping websites FB group

Nice. I have websites doing that amount of traffic in much less, but I guess the price depends also on the niche i.e. i know some people who could sell websites in finance-related niches for insane amounts. Why are you running just one site per year tho? 30 articles does not sound lot of ivestment, you could start many more in the same time frame also to get a bit out of the sandbox, or..?

If you sold on FB group, how did you manage the trust part in selling ?
Do you mind pm ing me the gorup ? I also have one and need to sell...
Trust part is all depend on you and how you response to your buyer.

be polite and transparent as possible. I never let my buyer find weakness in my part and keep your sales message simple, show how it’s value for them.

For this you should understand your niche better and learn as much possible.

for payment, always go for Escrow.com , it takes bit of time but has very good support!

Yes also Finance is a tough niche,

No, I run 3 sites every year, and this one is 2 no one this year.

yes I am a solopreneur and do not have any employees. I run these sites on the side while I help my clients for SEO.
I am sure looking for a right partner in this to make it better sites and earn big. But it’s harder to see a good fit, with good writing and SEO skill, trust with my decisions.

Were the ~30 articles informational or did any target affiliate-type products?

200 was is monthly earning, 550 the expenses (in terms of money), so profit to me considers the expenses

how did you trust the people on facebook? Did you use middleman? Did you let them send the money first? Did you do a video call with them?

Informational. And make sure you do the keyword research well, optimize the article accordingly.

No middle man, as i already have experience selling the site and sales part is much easier for me. I posted few FB website flipping groups. You can search and find it anytime.
