Any Indian Here? Non-INR transactions (getting this error on SPP.CO)

I heard a lot about SPP, Just getting started from today. But I am stuck at the stripe setting here. I have done all the configurations and my Stripe account is a year old and fully verified. I've checked the Internation Export option.

Billing address option is correctly checked. If you want Phone number then also you can check phone number. if you do not need then do not need to check.

are u sure? its the issue of the Purpose code, I think it's an issue of SPP.co they don't add billing attributes in the Stripe payment template? I checked their templating for stripe https://prnt.sc/207qxbj
