[Journey] Achieving freedom through Youtube faceless channel

Hello everyone I hope you are all well.

I realized that I needed some kind of accountability to help me accomplish my goals so I decided to start this journey.

I am a 24 years old guy from a beautiful country in EU who has spent the last 5 years switching from thing to thing.You can name a method and i have probably spent weeks researching or trying that.
This led me right now to not really have a specific skill,but i have a good understanding of how a business could potentially run and i can see "the bigger picture", linking different methods

i am consistent and disciplined in many areas in my life(with my morning and night routines,my workouts,diet,reading ecc...) but i suffer from the "shiny object syndrome".
For real.In 24 hours i can have 67 ideas of business that excites me,starting a few and then see the excitement fades.

I will grow my youtube shorts channel(+ tiktok and instagram accounts) in order to promote my future youtube faceless channel)
my goal is to have in the future a team,managing several successfull youtube faceless channels
But let's start with one


The First Goal
having a great community in my niche within 2 months,between tiktok,instagram and youtube

i will achieve that posting shorts in all the platform,with consistency
Right now i am working in a luxury clothing shop, this gives me some moneybut i need to plan my time


Next Steps - 4 days
1.Schedule on tiktok,instagram and youtube 15 short videos i need to find online (need a software that can do this simultaneously)
2.Find a good and cheap video editor who can create shorts for me
3.Create 5 shorts myself
4.Having all my social set up,probably i will buy an instagram page in this niche with some good engagement

i will update every 3-4 days

if i fail to be consistent for at least 2 months,it will mean that i am not serious about my goal.

Solid plan, best of luck mate.
The key with faceless channels is taking the time to find a good team, and definitely don't go cheap with it.
Create a video creation process that's tailored to the YT algorithm and teach it to your team.

I have a guy who can create a good faceless video for 15$ (i have to give him the voiceover )

I am worried that with a shorts channel i cannot achieve monetization,so every long form video would be a waste of time,so probably only shorts in this one

For now as i don t really know what i am doing i will take care of the sourcing and scheduling of this shorts that i find on other platform,while i pay other people for sourcing and creating other shorts

Hello guys small updates today

I set up my social profiles and published about 5 videos (each on Ig,tiktok and youtube)
1 short got 1161 views on youtube (i also gained 5 more subs)
i also downloaded a longer form video adding subtitles in my language,so that i can repost it

i have found a guy that can create a lot of shorts for me for very cheap,i will receive them tomorrow i think,and i will start pubblish them

i would like to buy an instagram page on the motivation/business niche,but only a few are on sale and prices for a decent one are higher than expected,so i will probably create a new one

today i will register the voice over for a long form faceless video,still deciding if this going to be pubblish on my shorts channel or in the one i want to promote in the future,which will only have faceless original video


I have 3 free days from my job,so i have more time for this

Small updates
1 short got 40 000 views in a few days,i gained 50 subscribers in the last 15 days
My videos are repost about uxury/lifestyle niche

The goal is always the same:
Create 1/2 shorts channel to then in future promote my faceless youtube channel,with original and longer form contents

I bought 30 motivational/financial shorts, but they are performing pretty poorly compared to the luxury ones; Maybe is better to open a youtube short channel specific for that niche?
Not really great results on tiktok and instagram,only 1 video on tiktok got 12 k views

Thinking about creating a personal brand on Instagram,but this is a project we will talk about in the next month

I am also thinking to start another youtube shorts channel,have a couples of ideas about the niche,would be fun

I am currently using Onlypult to schedule all my post on all social accounts

The sourcing part is the most annoying and time consuming,as i do evrything manually
I look for good short videos on other platform,download them ,and schedule them on my social
