I'm in agency space for a while now with few people and we are looking to scale very fast.
We have proven offers, case studies, websites and templates already.

What type of persons am I looking for?
1. Highly motivated to make money. Our offers are $5800+ and I pay you 5% for every deal closed. So that's minimum $240 for one.
2. Can work fast by following instructions. We are looking for very fast, so we expect speed.

I prefer if someone already has experience in cold emails, LinkedIn, domains. But it's ok if you don't have I still can teach.
