Any tips on hosting nulled Xenforo ?

Hello all,
Hope you are having a good day! I plan to learn more about Xenforo, in my case, I will be using a nulled Xenforo. At the same time, it is a toy project, so I will use GCP to host it. Wonder if they would be a big issue (since GCP linked to my credit card and I live in the us).
nulled Xenforo may not best my first choice, but I would like test it out first.
Let's say if I do find nulled Xenforo works the best for me and I use GCP for my hosting. What is the google protocol like in this case ? Or I need to worry about letter from Xenforo more?

Xenforo license is 160 USD, that i believe is affordable, if people in third world countries can afford and and even afford the $300 branding removal fee

Thank you for the price information. I am testing it out a lot of forum right now. I will buy one if I end up using it,

No issues, unless you alert anyone at GCP support.
They won't dig through your site.
Also, aslong as there no malware or issues, noone gonna come looking

No I don't use nulled scripts or software, even if am testing, I always buy from developer,

So why not use the free try version of Xenforo ... though limited for one week, but you can always create another try version any time any day. Best of Luck....

For forum project. you may also try simple machines forum (SMF) Is free and has almost all forum portal features with thousands of third party addons. at least that is Free, when compare to paid version of xenforo.

well that will depend on their ToS and other policy. Other admins like freenom (I'm using this as an example but they handle domain names), once they've found out that the site you are hosting are against their ToS like movie streaming site, porno, etc., they will terminate the domain name and maybe your account as well.

If the nulled version doesn't have malware or backdoor, it should work fine. Moreover, Xenforo consumes very little resources. So, you won't have any issues.

An nulled theme or even a CMS script is very different than hosting porn or pirated videos.
Unless you have errors popping up constantly in your logs telling you
PLEASE ACTIVATE, YOU ARE USING A CRACKED COPY (like some will do).
Or you are constantly using near/all of your resources,
No one isn't going to actually go check what you are using under the hood.

For example, BHW COULD potentially be using an nulled XenForo. Would anyone know, nope, wouldn't even think of it.

I used to host on GCP via Kinsta (which is probably worse than directly going to GCP, as Kinsta actaully has full admin access to your sites and what not), but idgaf, still used nulled themes, html scripts and plugins. I made them fix tons of stuff for me & noone said anything to me. It's not an issue until you make it an issue.

What do you mean by "host on GCP via Kinsta"? Kinsta is WordPress hosting platform. it is not tool or theme that you can use without their platform right ?
Or you mean using nulled WordPress theme/ plugins in your site as you were using Kinsta to host them ? And received help from Kinsta to fix those nulled WordPress themes and plugins?

I would only host it on offshore platform which ignores copyright infringements and complains, plus would not put anything sensitive on it.

I would use some offshore hosting so they don't DMCA your host and get your site shut down. Had that happen with vBulletin back in my amateur days.

Sometimes that doesn't matter because depending on whose software you're using, some like vBulletin have the ability to detect it so even if it is private or testing or a personal project, if it's on the World Wide Web, they WILL contact your host or perhaps they even have bots set up to automatically do it and your hosting may get suspended. But most of the time the host will contact you first and give you a warning.
