as you see the competition in majority is low so it's kinda easy to rank with SEO but ... is it really worthy ? bcuz there is less ppl who search about it every month and it's not that really good pay .

That competition is for CPC bidding, not SEO.
The metric you want for SEO is KD (Keyword Difficulty) which is based on the
domains ranking in the top 10 for that term.

Still I wouldn't trust this one because it always shows something like 90 - 100 on decent, commercial keywords.
It shows both 90 for keywords with barely any links and for keywords on established domains with 1000 direct links.

I've found Ahrefs to be the most accurate tool out there with Ubersuggest/SEMrush coming in
afterward. A manual inspection is always a good idea if the keyword is a part of your pillar content.
