It's actually hard to find web 2.0 with do follow backlinks. They all change them to no-follow onces they get spammed to death.
So don't spend too much time searching it, if you find one chances are they are already turned into no follow by the web master.
But if you do want to, you can find them by google search , bhw search, facebook and reddit search.
