The good ctr for a white hat campaign is considered to be around 2-5% . The conversion rate depends on the relevance of the list, marketing, trust, the offer.
The good list is targeted list. Some people that you know what their problem in common is . When you know what they are potentially looking for.
Consider selling as helping people. People will be thankful for relevant help and will pay you back with money.
I've been testing different campaigns since I'm testing everything.
I'm using a campaign that checks your credit score, I get paid by lead.
The list I got is one that's was handled by the company that also hands me a campaign but it's a very big list (3kk) and I don't think it's verified.
I don't know how to get new emails or if I should buy a different list to compare conversion.

Might be a noob idea but, is it possible to buy bulk Gmail accounts and send Emails from there within a limit, with different IPs
I tried that, and you could but Gmail has a lot of norms and walls to stop people from doing that, they don't want people to use their SMTP that way. Even tools like sendinblue, mailgrid, mailchimp, etc, have many restrictions so they don't burn their SMTP IP's
What i had to do is I build my own SMTP servers and its a lot cheaper and you got the freedom to send how many you want the way you want, until you get blacklisted if you are not careful.

As far as I know, it is very easy to get banned if you send a lot of duplicate content

You want the sender to be your business email? At least you need to pay to have a domain name
You'll need a second domain to send from, if you send from your main domain you'll hurt the reputation of your domain
I don't think there is an easy to find solution to send 1k/day for free from your business email
Try to create some smtps using free providers like gmail, outlook...split your list between smtps

FACEPALM!!! ........ really there so much misinformation about cold marketing and smtp setup 
sending 1000 emails per day with one smtp server should cost you not more then $5 per month.
You need a cheap VPS . install postfix,dovecot, roundcube(optional) , setup spf ,dkim, ptr records etc
and then warm up ur IP with autoresponder emails in a scheduled manner for 1 month and you are ready to go. 80% of time they will inbox unless you did some setup error.
after that its up to what kind of email you send. spam will get you blacklisted fast . if its too spammy you will need a several smtp servers to hop between .
sending 1000 emails per day with one smtp server should cost you not more then $5 per month.

and then warm up ur IP with autoresponder emails in a scheduled manner for 1 month and you are ready to go. 80% of time they will inbox unless you did some setup error.

I am using Gmass (Free plan up to 50 mail a day).
Created 20 accounts and I am sending about 800 mails daily. My E.mail list is extremely targeted and pretty small audience so this works for me, if you are not looking to send thousands a day it could work.
