You can find some email providers that will maybe allow you to do that, although don't think completely free, they still can't give promise you won't be banned at some point, especially if emails are spammy, and your addresses aren't validated. I would recommend starting with a smaller amount at first to see how it's going and removing from the list the ones that aren't correct and that don't get you any results.
I have a way around to send unlimited emails. You can use the spammy words as well but it still goes to inbox. Inboxing won’t be a issue but there might a one time cost.

All mails will blocked by gmail. I tried that.. this is 2 week and still hit on spam even on my own gmail and also even they block me.
