Is there something specific that you include in the appeal form?
I have an account that was suspended for suspicious payments the moment the campaign was created, no ad spend.
* Currently ordered a mobile hotspot and data plan to match.
* Got an older computer which will be the google-only terminal (in case they can detect RDP based on mouse movements on webpage)
* Have a new credit card that has never been used with Google.
* Thinking of setting a google suite account to increase the "trust" value.
What else can be done?

What we notice that's being over smart and too much aggressive is not idea. Just be normal and easy going email mentioning your problem and asking for solution.
You can little logical also. for example in case of unpaid balance suspension we simply write this line " we really don't understand why unpaid balance even we are using prepaid payment method"

Your question is generic for exact answer but let me help you with some points.
1 - Brand Bidding works and convert well you are tie up with any builder project
2 - You can choose income group targeting .
3 - If you are specifically asking for lead then display advertising could not be very good idea for you.
4 - You can choose to Opt Male only ( your wish ) and age targeting ( choose age group which have money to buy real estate )

I use max impression bidding when I need maximum reach in limited time frame . For example , if I am launching any new product in market so I will choose to maximum impression ( eye balls ) around project / product launch .

Finance 4.0 is buzz word and people think it may change the word with combined effort of HI and AI.
Targeted audience are top notch and CXO level so you can't really predict them 100% . Make ad copy that satisfy and hit the ego / thought level of these decision makers.
Can't really help you with exact keywords that going to convert .
Keyword spy tool could be little helpful , I guess

Since you are an expert, you may want to check first, where th eperson is located... then you may want to consider the housing policy and that you cannot bid on any of these identifiers (income, sex,age....)
