Infact he contacted me on Skype a few weeks ago (same as the Skype in his BHW signature : [email protected]) and he asked me if I have any Google Ads accounts, VCC, etc to provide to him and here he advices people on how to create Google Ads accounts (apart from other advices). He sent me his LinkedIn profile, etc and I just avoided him after that !!! Infact in this thread itself, I see others also highly doubting the claims that this person is making.

What issue you are facing while creating new accounts
hello sirr i want ask, at this time how to be accepted to run blackhat ads, I have changed accounts and credit cards to create an account and do cloaking but it always fails, how do I get through at this time which seems to be getting more difficult if you create a google ads account ?

Try setup ads with diffetent domain name ans unique hosting ip for next adwords .
Next time change the safe domain name and new hosting ( cloud hosting with unique ip ) . If possible use real plastic card or other payment method then vcc.
This will work for you .

it doesn't matter what hosting you are using. there are people who use site.google.com, Wix site, and successfully running ads. you can use any hosting it will not make any difference. work on your google ads account creation method.
must use hosting or directly create ads on google ads with wix or site.google?

Use any free hosting, no coding skills required . If you want to setup safe ads for testing you can use any xyz.com .

you can ask me here i,ll try to answer it. but do not ask how to create a google ads account. no one will share it.
is there a special email criteria to make google ads so they don't get suspended? a lot of people can pass google ads even in unapproved countries

Look , There is not 100% working formula for BH. All accounts will be suspended , its just a matter of time ... What you can improve is success ration and durability of account ..
1- Aged account give better then just created one
2 - Make a system that even one ads / account is suspended you have another account live ASAP ... this is how can improve your ROI .
3- Even 2 week old account with one safe ads running for 10 days with some $ spend is must better then just created .

Got my youtube video promotion done by someone through Google Ad,
He gave me 100k views with World Wide targeted In-Stream Ad in just 5 hours with the CPV of less then 0.9 INR which is (0.0012 $), but i myself tried every targeting method i can't get CPV low the 0.15 INR, want to know what is the secret behind this?

Yes there is trick getting many views and and even clicks in spending less, but your account will be on hold or suspended for unpaid balance . Sudden change to huge daily budget but don't add money to account will give you more clicks / view until next day account according to your account time zone. Then there will risk of lossing account
