Technically if you are exact match you don't required negative keywords because ads will show on keywords selected by you only, not any other search term .

But you must notice Google also run ads for exact related exact match variant . Just for example I have add Delta8 gummies as exact keykord , but it also show up for D8 Gummies because both are same .
So if you running any affiliate ads better add those negative keywords suggested by provider , even you are running only exact keyword ads.

You are right, I noticed that. It picks up similar keywords which have very high CPC. Thanks . Also is there a way/option to reduce cpc when competing with many competitors, because last time I ended up paying the highest, to appear on top and exhausted the budget, so how do I pay low cpc? Thank you so much.

but we have manual payment option in india, automatic payment is not available, not only one person is doing this there are many youtube video promoters who do this.
They can provide 1 million views from worldwide skip ad in 5-6 hours, in just 750$. I want to achieve that low CPV.
Please help me

It depends on difference between before and after content placement . It's very old trick to change the landing page content of after approval .

Few things are not to tell. its just to understood .. Do some research bro .. explore other section on BHW like proxy, cloaking, Domain, hosting etc .. make some effort buddy.
 
What to do when google suspends your account even you have no issue in your account. Is there any number to talk about suspended account. Because the appeal has same response always......

No help line number to talk to gads support. You can appeal or post in Google ads community . They reply to well explained email regarding issue you are facing. It my personal experience . We get lots of suspended accounts back again in business .

For any suspended account, it is better NOT to directly contact support, as in that case things will get manually checked, most probably.
Best thing is to fill & submit the suspension appeal form. Many may not agree, but suspension, then appeal form & then no reactivation or reactivation ... Its is all NOT decided manually (by a human being) by GAds, it is all algorithmically done by GAds.
Strange but true, I have had some blackhat campaigns GAds accounts appealed and reactivated (suspension appeal form filled & submitted).
That is why it is better not to directly contact GAds support for anything. Even for example you have some campaign issue, if you contact GAds support directly, they are trained & instructed to reverse engineer you solutions ONLY in order to maximize your spending in GAds.
