I have ordered $9 package (1 money KW and 2 informative), and I received much, much more!
The seller has quickly sent me the report, while it was great, I gave my feedback and asked if he could make changes because it wasn't really what I was expecting, he immediately acknowledged what I have said and in less than 24 hours has delivered a complete new set of 10 keywords, plus the seller was kind enough to provide me with further proof/justification of the initial order.
He wasn't insistent on me keeping it, he replaced the order but still provided me with the insight which was fair and valuable.
The keywords were great and have potential to easily rank with good content (targeting intention) and maybe a few backlinks.
My experience was great, happy to order again.

Just received my review copy today.
The website I provided them to conduct keyword research for was most likely something that most people aren't asking for but I thought it would be a great test to see what they could handle.
I provided them with one of my SaaS web apps thats still under development that had a prototype landing page ready for them to see what the app can do and I also provided them over 10 similar competitors in my niche to examine.
I also provided instructions for the commercial intent keywords to be problems that a searcher might be googling to solve that my app could provide a solution for.
I was very impressed with the selection of keywords provided, they ranged from 0 to 12 Keyword difficulty and decent search volume for the niche.
What I really liked is they didn't just grab random keywords that were just easy to rank for, but found ones that fit into the goal of the content marketing, to able to slip in promotions of my app within the SEO'ed content for readers who end up landing on the blog articles.
These keywords perfectly do this, even the informational keywords fit this bill.
Overall, I would say this is an excellent keyword research service that can find you great money keywords that would be easy to rank for.

In short: The service is very very good for the price point seller is providing it for. The keywords are well researched as well as it comes with some additional frutiful bonus. Definitely go for it if you are new blogger or trying to find ideas for the next keywords to write content about.

Communication: 5/5 - Seller has been responsive, on point with short and specific information in PMs as well as in the report provided.
Timings: 5/5 - cannot ask for more. For the research he has done, few days is nothing. Gold keywords
Keywords Quality: 5/5 - I loved how seller didnt just go for 0-250 search volume keywords, but rather researched higher volume ones. yes, those higher volumes are hard to rank (unlike other KGRs), but the research is there, so that's what we are evaluating here?!
Areas to improve: Initially, I asked the seller to review the content on my website, so as not to provide similar keywords that I already have the contents for. Though, some of the keywords correspond 1-to-1 the titles of posts I already have. Maybe it's my mistake not to provide the exact keywords so he won't need to do the digging into the posts. Though this could have been communicated from the beginning, so I could have done that way
In all all, as mentioned above, this service cannot be beaten with this price point. Moreover, if you are new blogger, never underestimate the value of KGR keywords and the guy to get it from - my bet would be - @Hisoka1

Following up on my order, I have also received a review copy of the $25 package.
As with the first one, the seller did a great job, just what I needed - good keywords with almost no competition and decent search volume.
Everything was delivered in a neat report with keywords, search volume, intention, keyword difficulty and screenshots of SERP.
For the price offered, this is a great value.

My Review
I got a free packet of keywords to test this.
I gave a seed niche keyword, a locale to target and left the seller to do his work.
Overall this is a great service, quickly delivered and not just the run of the mill that I've seen as samples from some other sellers over the years.
