i was just trying to say that BHW has some rules .just after them we become jvip just like you.

Yes, you will need to become a JrVIP to sell your services here. As @ContentExpert just stated, you'll need to be a member for sixty days, reach a hundred posts to qualify. (Or consider the marketplace seller option)

My advice for you is to improve your writing skills first, as that will help you communicate better with your future customers.
