Hi, was seeing a video on YT sometime ago on how one chargeback scam puts the account on the bad side of PayPal's eyes so wanted to know some things:

1. If there is a chargeback scam on PayPal and PayPal still sides with the buyer despite multiple proofs as it's a digital product, how risk that puts the account for future use?

2. Any way to remove chargebacks?

3. if someone's business PayPal accounts gets permanently limited/banned for any reason, how to have another PayPal account for business? Because majority buyers loves PayPal.

It does put it at risk if you get a lot of disputes. I guess this depends on your sales/disputes ratio.

Chargebacks are final.

I think it's better if you are seller to use Paypal for low amounts a and only for old and trusted clients.

One thing that almost everyone (buyers and sellers) are now already aware about Paypal, is that if a buyer buys a non-physical / digital product (pays using Paypal) and raises a dispute, then 100% Paypal will favour only the buyer, even if there was absolutely no problem(s) with the non-physical / digital product. All buyers now know this and therefore nowadays buyers will always raise a dispute after buying a non-physical / digital product, knowing that Paypal will favour the buyer and eventually the buyer gets his money back and also keeps the non-physical / digital product.
Paypal's management's perception seems to be that each and every non-physical / digital product in the world is a scam.
This is the reason why nowadays, more and more number of sellers of non-physical / digital product no longer accept Paypal. And, gone are the days when a buyer would ask "Why don't you accept Paypal ?" incase of non-physical / digital products.
So, if you are a seller of non-physical / digital products then BOLDLY do not accept Paypal.
Accept Paypal ONLY AND ONLY if your product is a physical product which is physical shipped and you get a trackable shipping proof.
Otherwise, nowadays, if you are a seller of non-physical / digital products and you accept Paypal, then be ready to do charity and give all your non-physical / digital products for FREE (all buyers will raise a dispute & get their money back and Paypal will hold & confisticate your money).
Infact it is so nowadays that if you are a seller of non-physical / digital products and you do not accept Paypal and a buyer asks you "Why don't you accept Paypal ?", then most probably that buyer is a scammer, looking out to buy your non-physical / digital product, get delivery and then raise a chargeback knowing very well that 100% Paypal will favour only the buyer, because the product is a non-physical / digital product.
All sellers of non-physical / digital products must be BOLD and stop accepting Paypal unless such sellers are ready to do 100% free charity.

You can be absolutely fine accepting PayPal as payment method when it was 2012-2015 but nowadays no no no…

paypal sucks

This chargeback scam was real in 2015 as well.

Source: Personal experience, sadly.

All of you saying avoid PayPal but from the buyer's point of view whether physical/digital product, PayPal is the way and will ALWAYS be.

Now, supposedly if the PayPal gets permanently banned, what will be the other way to get/make a business PayPal account with the same person's name but with different business info something?

Yeah, PayPal’s a bitch. I was just like you and didn’t wanna believe people here who complained but holy fuck. They even charge me $15 now just for disputes, whether I win or lose.

PayPal have the following (I may not be completely covering all of the polices, here are those that I remember),

----Buyers----
- Purchase Protection (Virtual / Order of services)
- Buyer Protection (Physical with delivery)
- Refunded Returns (Delivery / Shipping fee)

----Sellers----
- Sellers' Protection (This covers many things, will state the general majority below)

----PayPal----
- Unauthorized Transactions (These will always result in a charge back notice from PayPal if you happen to come across it)

Now this is how PayPal works, as a Seller. For physical sales, after an order comes through and you provide shipping tracking information and mark payment complete, the buyer will not be able to dispute based on the grounds of "I didn't receive the item". They can however try to claim damaged /wrong goods delivered etc, it's good practice to keep photo records of shipments or invoices if you are drop-shipping them. This will help your dispute, and usually you win. If you don't, call PayPal to resolve it. They like the sound of customer voices, just try not to yell at them.

For ticket sales (if you happened to be selling tickets...), .... I don't know I don't sell them.

For online services, this will be tricky and I personally believe they have an semi-automated dispute resolution system that make decisions based heavily on account reputation and track records. Proper invoicing notifications, clear description of product and display of price on your sales site will help in this case.

For unauthorized transactions, prolong you fulfilled your sellers' responsibilities unless with the exception of frequent unauthorized transactions occurrence on your account, PayPal will leave you alone after you provided the sufficient evidence of delivery records.

For the recent years after PayPal's policy revamp, sellers are pretty much protected. The only thing that never changes is that PayPal will block you trying to make a payment randomly out of their own free will, and the customer support will be unable to provide any reasons for you and just keep asking you to pay again.

P.S: Above applies only to personally registered and verified seller accounts, I have no idea what the procedure goes if you are buying PayPal accounts online to do eBay/ Shopify drop-shipping or w/e.

Technically you are not supposed to do that, I'd send information in private message.

Bump. Lets continue the discussion.

--> if you provide full of delivery , no one can do chareback.

2. Any way to remove chargebacks?. No way, you need to keep all of your proof of transaction

3. if someone's business PayPal accounts gets permanently limited/banned for any reason, how to have another PayPal account for business? Because majority buyers loves PayPal. --> many service here selling stealth paypal account

Am I the only one who never had issues selling with PayPal? I actually won every fraudulent dispute I ever had, whether it was physical or digital.

Paypal mostly chooses the buyer's side. Because it is more advantageous not to lose the one who pays money to PayPal. Corporate accounts are a little more lucky in this regard, but the result is generally the same. Paypal Refunds are not interested in the type of service you provide, etc. They just want you to pay back the money and you pay. In short, it would be best to stay away from paypal.
