Same here, of course, there are some fraudulent chargebacks (in my opinion all of them are fraudulent) but I have won some of them, in my experience it all depends on your account track record.
In the beginning, I lost almost all chargebacks, now I win most of them so Paypal is doing something to improve. If you are a freelancer who sells its time then of course can accept different methods but if you are a reseller of services or products Paypal is best there is for fast money turnaround.
