So my ad is already approved. The problem is that my site looks bad in desktop, and I want to add just a simple image about the product...
Can I edit it now...? Or the edit will be detected automatically and my ad will be rejected or need approval again...?

Yes you can edit your website , adding images will not cause any problem.

If it is a minor change to the landing page (website), then it is not an issue. But, if it is a major change for example, initially your landing page (website) is about furniture and you later (after ad approval) change it altogether to something about stationery, then yes you will have ad related disapproval (incase your campaign remains the same) and if the GAds account is new then most probably even account suspension.

1 - You can edit your website any time
2 - IF your new edited landing page / website is not as per google google term of services you ads may disapproved, suspended .
3 - replacing the image. tweaking the titles will not effect any thing

TOTALLY WRONG !!!
Let us say you have your search campaign's keywords as "catering, caterer" and your ad copy also pertaining to "catering, caterer" and your landing page (website) also pertaining to "catering, caterer".
Then you leave the search campaign as it is (pertaining to "catering, caterer"), BUT HOWEVER you change the landing page (website) to something to do with furniture, etc, (EVEN IF WITHIN GAds policies) then BOOM, your ad will (very soon) get disapproved and / or account suspended. Because GAds review bots are continously "scanning" landing pages (websites) that have ads in GAds. And if the search campaign AND landing page (website) are not very well in sync with eachother, then ad will soon get disapproved and / or account suspended, even though both are individually within GAds policies.
So, the following is WRONG
2 - IF your new edited landing page / website is not as per google google term of services you ads may disapproved, suspended .
Truth is even if you change your landing page (website) to something within GAds polices, BUT your GAds campaign due to your change in landing page (website), no longer is within the exact niche of your changed landing page (website), then it WILL be a problem, ad will very soon get disapproved and / or account suspended.

To be honest no one here is official represent the google ads . We are sharing info based on our experience.
What i sharing is my experience. I don't see things like wrong or right.

I see the things like it working for me or not .. There is some trick might working well for me and not working soo good for other one ..

Some people are making lots of accounts without any suspension and few people are struggling to get approval of one account, while both are using same method, same proxy, same vcc, same multilogin.

I just share my past observation. You have right to disagree with my opinion.

Once again, your reply has absolutely no relevance to my reply to your comment. You seriously lack even basic English comprehension skills and this is the very reason why you keep giving people irrelevant replies AND you keep giving only some random generic replies.
What "opinion" ? No one cares about anyone's "opinions". Here we (including you) are talking VERY PRECISELY about a particular GAds campaign vs landing page strategy and NOT some "opinions" and I gave my reply as not my "opinion", but rather as my EXACT AND PRECISE GAds strategy pertaining very precisely to what you mentioned would be your strategy. So, if you want to correct me on that, please go ahead, that is exactly what these threads are about. I found something incorrect in your strategy, I pointed it out, and you do the same if applicable (don't get sensitive about such things).

What I'd do is run an ad variation, comparing the new vs old version. Assuming the new version won, you can apply it and be sure that it follows the policy as it's getting approved.
You can launch the ad variation to run for up to 90% of traffic.

Google is un-predictable , the method which was working last month maybe it will not work from tomorrow. Everyone has its own methods or tricks for getting camps approved . We need to do testing and figure out which method or trick is working and which one got patched.

As far as I know, it's not really a good thing to do.
