Hi

I want to start a website selling a specific product. I came across instamojo.com, which provides easy setup and hosting for some commission, plus it provides various payment gateways. Has anyone here used instamojo before ? Is it a good option to use for starting a new ecom website or should I use woocommerce and just use instamojo for payment gateway ? Any suggestions on how to grow the reach and increase my social media a/c following ?

I am using Razorpay in India and it is undoubtedly the best I've used so far. The gateway is quick and provides information on incomplete purchases too so that I can retarget those users and convert them!
Also, there's a coupon code, if you sign up through that they'll give you some 3 Lakh rupee worth payment fee deduction for free! I don't remember the code but you can google it.

Hope that helps!:)

Thanks. What about the website builder feature ? Using instamojo to build website seems easy for starters. Razorpay is just for payments I guess.

How you made your website ? Can you share the link please

I think woocommerce or even shopify could be better if you don't have a lot of experience. There are so many resources available that you'll find help a lot more easier in case you need it comparing to instamojo.com. If they have trial, you can always just try it out and see for yourself.

About the social media, you should have accounts set up well before your launch and interact with related accounts and have some posts related to your product. Make the launch a big event in a few weeks/ month and get busy interacting and showing of the product on your pages. This will make sure you hit the ground running if you do this part well.

Good luck!

No I haven't, I would like to learn if it works thou
