Price is $450 with $150+$50 discount, I think $650 is a fair price, I used to get a few sales a month at that price, sometimes people sold it at higher price especially when this used to come with unlimited Google Drive.

Yes, you can add unlimited add-on domains on top of the main domain.

You can use them for gmail and Google Ads yes, you can enable or disable which google service you want to use for your users, you can separate them into groups and this group later can be set to have Google Ads enabled so only people in that groups can access Google Ads, it has many customization features.

Country is a bit random, we work with whichever document we can use.

Can't guarantee the forever part cause it's up to Google themselves to decide, with that being said I have accounts from 2019 and still good until now.
