I have maintain a website about Mobile MOD APPs . There is a copyright received from DMCA Related Private Company.
Because of that my offshored hosting was suspended.
I have Backup on my website also. Is it ok to start again the website from the backup?
Please give me guide for restart my journey and please recommend a suitable Offshored Hosting for MOD APPs website.

If your offshore company screwed you over and went ahead to suspend you, simply find a new provider.

I would recommend you to show all your content to the company you are going to host with and explain them as well why you had issues with previous one.

in my opinion its better to stick with websites where already major blackhat websites like piratebay and others are hosted..

The best way to protect your site is use a double layer offshore hosts for safety. Host a site on webcare360 and use offshorededi VPS as a proxy and route traffic to webcare360 server using it. Set proxy in cloudflare. Both hosts are pretty solid dmca ignored hostings. Even if you host a website directly on anyone of the mentioned hosts, you will not face any issues but still for your safety do as I mentioned. Alexhost, Abelohost etc ar e not dmca ignored so do not fall for it.

Use Cloudflare or DDoS-Guard free plan, that will hide your Real Origin IP of server.

You can also double the security by creating or using a Reverse Proxy in other server.

You have two ways

Using a provider that is selling Reverse Proxys
Doing it through Nginx (search for nginx reverse proxy ip) you have a plenty of tutorials.

Keep in mind, Copyright Infringment is different than DMCA.
Take a closer look in Marketplace, I'm sure you will find it.

I told that ignoring DMCA is different than ignoring Copyright Infringment.

Every hosting provider, even Offshore must obey to their local laws. We do so.

They cannot offer DMCA Copyright Offshored Hosting then remove your hosting if they are true to their name. You're better off away from the cowboys you were with.

Idk why people are recommending cloudflare?
Cloudflare is not going to protect you from dmca notices. they will reveal your Hosting IP even if you send them email from [email protected]
and if you send proper complain they will even reveal the email address and IPs of the client too.
Copyright infringement is different from dmca

Just to hide IP, when you are small fish they don't care about it, they want the bigger ones that attracts thousands and thousands of traffic.
I know Cloudflare can reveal your data, but is more safe using Cloudflare to avoid copyright trolls, knowing where the website is hosted and prevent some layer 7 attacks.

Cloudflare reveals your information just like Payments and Ads you are using in your website (example) like Popads etc... many ways to discover your information even without cloudflare.
