hi everyone .. I'm in the third world country and I'm fullstack web developer with 7 years of experience.
im able to convert any ideas to a high performance website ..
but now i need some money to live ! in my country there is no jobs for developers
so i want to try email spamming. i can make tons of email templates and send hundreds of email in a day <3
but i do not know where to start or what do i need to do first !

This and if you have 7 years of experience you must have a hell of a portfolio, you should easily be able to freelance if you market yourself. Post your services, skills and portfolio and you should be good

First of all, think over an action plan, then how to implement it. I think you will find ideas and help for yourself on BHW.
