Text to speech is tricky and you should use other google adsense account to save your main one I have channels with TTS for a long time and they haven't demonetized yet.

They are monetized even now with 100M funds from Youtube, but not everyone are eligible. You can monetize them by pinning comments on your shorts and some affiliate marketing offers.

currecntly working with freelancers. VO specialist and editors, script writers.
Voiceover 10-80 USD for 8 minutes long
editing 3-15 USD an minute video.
script writer - 20-50 USD for one script, depending on the level of writer.

we also do scripts and edits by ourselves for some channels when we have free time.

You can mute songs, but it's better to delete the video

Most of my target audience will be from United States. In that case how can I get my videos not zone restricted. I do not want viewers from my country or my geographical zone. I want them to be global and viewers from all over the world.

if You want to be EXTRA sure to aim for USA location, than grab VPN, create youtube,set location USA. and hire voiceover artist that is native American. This way you can get audience from USA. but if you just speak English without VPN, you will still have USA audience. there is nothing you should worry about.

As it’s a long term project and I am starting from scratch, will the VPN cause problem later. Because I am tricking YouTube by hiding my real location. Will there be issue to get the channel monetized.

I SUGGEST not to use VPN and just provide content in English. If you will speak with for example Indian accent, barely anyone would listen to You. Thats why I suggested to buy native USA voiceover
