I'm ex-eBay seller, successfully been selling on eBay for 6 years. After gathering so many information and experience about how algorithms of marketplaces and social media works, 1 year ago started faceless youtube channels.

Now I have 12 channels running and earning a full-time income.

ASK ME ANYTHING YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUTUBE - I WILL ANSWER - IF NOT, I WILL RESEARCH AND ANSWER.

How do you manage multiple YouTube channels? all under 1 account?
We have separated them into 3 parts with 3 different adsense ( companies) account to avoid any bad experience in the future, so if something bad happens to one of the channel I diversify risks.

How we do that:

1. new user on the computer.
2. fresh IP dynamic or VPN
3. New company for each adsense account.

we also separate each adsense account with the content risk from LOW risk to HIGH risk. it means, 1 adsesne account works 4 YT channels that are low risk etc..
How do you get Real subscribers on a new channel
It's hard, but we focus on the least competition. It means we don't aim for a Million views in the first month. we gather all views we could with the best quality possible in 1-2 months. if after 8-20 videos are uploaded, there is no 1000 subscribers, we bot them. of Change the niche.

How much do you earn from each channel?

You completely rely on AdSense or promote CPA offers?

Do you use any specific tools to help you create content? Not common ones like Premiere, but maybe some AI tools or something?
Yes we are using multiple tools, from well known vidiq, to some tools that even helps to write us entire sript without human interaction. Many tools are based on AI.

If you are asking for the software we are using to create or edit our videos:

Adobe premier
Shotcut
whiteboard animation softwares
storyblocks for footage etc.

We have our own methods for this thing. Our method working. I can't guarantee any other subscribers provider or so on. What you should focus if you are botting subs - make sure subs appearing when they actually watching video and not just "instantly" - directly clicking on the subscribe. Those things may not pass monetization process.

At the very beginning we made mistake of not choosing the correct niche, so Yes - half of our channels are based on Adsense alone. but we are working hard to find best deals and affiliates for each niche.

each of our channels earning no less than $500.

1. What should I do after buying a monetized youtube channel? I want to make sure I won't have any problems. Should I change the e-mail and delete the videos?
2. Did you try conversion. ai for scripts? If so, how was the experience?

First of all, if You want to get recommended real quick - make content about news, celebrities and etc. Topics that are trending, for example - new crypto currency everyone is speaking about or new release of tesla car - could pump up from day 1 or 2. Because there is no much content about these topics and Youtube will push that up.

if You are creating content about general things, on single niche, let's say psychology - it takes time. On average, if you could maintain 40-60% or higher retention - it takes 90-180 days for your video to be picked up by Youtube algorithm or ranked in search very well. From hundreds of video I would say, 90+ days, if its not taking off or your impression stats are not looking like this: ( exactly 109 days after video upload) - consider your video dead, However, there is a chance( small, but there is) that your video will get picked up by alorithm after 1 year or 2. However, always look at the CTR and retention. the higher the better.

1. You can change the email address, no problem it would take You 7 days to make new owner and 21 days to make sure, no one is going to take back your monetized Youtube channel. regarding videos, We suggest to keep the original videos as long as you collect 4k watch time. than, you can delete or make them private. From the experience, making private video after you collect even 100 hours, do not demonetize Your channel - THIS OPTION IS NOT RECOMMENDATION. ALWAYS BETTER TO KEEP ORIGINAL VIDEOS.
2. yes, we have tried this tool and it's perfect for listicles and top 10 videos. Some facts it wrotes are not true, but we have to check it manually.

Yes, high risk channels using Only text to speech softwares ( ofcourse advanced) + stock footage, They do grow naturally, but it's very difficult, you need to upload multiple hundreds of videos to see something going on and focus on low competition. best advice - Background music would improve the text to speech voice.

mostly grow organically, if I see they are failing, than monetizating them not organically.
$500/month for each channel or...?

Do you use copyrighted content and if you use or have used it in past, maybe a few words about it?
I Dont' really like discussing earnings of any of the business. I already mentioned Im full-time living with Youtube now.

yes, we use copyright material under fair use policy, we do <5s cuts + commentary with effects, medium risks channels. :)
How much youtube pays per view?
It depends on niche and your audience country. From $0.3 to $80 per 1000 views.

First of all, thanks for your contribution and will to help man much appreciated!

What do you think about an account with over 50 videos that are getting (on average) less than 50 views?
have you seen such a phenom? if so, is a fresh account worth the hassle of copying all the video data and reupload?
I tried a fresh backup account and it ranked first for my channel name keyword
maybe the main one is having difficulties with very old bad marketing practices past but to get an idea from someone experienced

what are your thoughts about this?
have to mention that competition has the same style of SEO pattern but growing accounts rapidly with thousands of new subs

I hire voice actors and pay for text to speech softwares, Speechelo, talkia or any other software is good enough as long as they speak natural.

you can't check the video before uploading, Upload, make it unlisted see if there is no checks and go live. if you are trying to manipulate the system, than sooner or later it will become copyright.

yes you have to verify google adsense account to get paid.

I would wait at least 180 days before making any action of that account with 50 videos. ( also, keep uploading as this will give you more impressions on all of your videos)

Honestly review your channel and check for stats, like retention and CTR - if they are low change the quality of the content. if they are high, aim for keywords IN THAT niche that can be combined with other niches. People love to see something new, not just things they already heard in the last 5 years. Which may also cause your channel to be invisible.

take a look at the best performing videos of yours and analyze the drop of viewers.

ONCE YOU FIND "AHA", create content only about one theme, that your audience are finding You. :) also, don't forget to check for competition and search volumes. They are important, unless your theme is nothing to do with that.

I have an Anime Cooking Channel and got around 900 Subscriber after ~ 1 Year and 60 Videos.
It feels like i did a bad bet on a combined Niche (Cooking + Anime).
My Audience is super young, most of them are not even allowed to cook by themselfs.
Should i jump on a different niche with the same youtube channel?

Anime and cooking -can't imagine this too.

However, you should look at your impressions and see how and which keyword drove most of the traffic. than.. combine your anime + cooking + additional niche. For example " how I made 5000$ with cooking recipes on amazon kindle" and make a video about this.. so Your audience that are interested in cooking would click and watch your video. In such case you could start making things like How to make money selling recipes.. How to make money making food and so on. :)
