You can not do that successfully. Unless you download, make major edit, cut scenes from multiple videos and add commentary. There are a lot of channels that are successful because they are in some kind of groups that allow people to share their content on Youtube ( you could see a lot of gold digger pranks doing this way).

If you have seen some of the crazy Yt shorts channels, they upload like 6 videos per day and somehow they manage to get like 10k+ subs within 1 or 2 monthsGood strategy for quick money.
The best advice I could tell You is to create new gmail account for each youtube channel in case one of the channels would be deleted - this way, you prevent others youtube channels from being deleted. regarding adsense - one adsense to each channel..
Probably there will be copyright claim on each of your videos if you don't do any effects and cut.. Comenttary with significant value would be best option for You
Also you can make a frame and do logo or something on your videos, but that won''t save your channel for long. sooner or later people will report, Youtube algorithm will notice repeated content and if you are not doing ANYTHING apart combining those videos - demonetized OR terminated ( deleted channel)

if you are talking about Youtube shorts - sure, go for it, it's safe. I have manually uploading 20 tiktoks to youtube shorts every single day... channels just boosted in subscribers, but they don't count for any watchtime hours, nor they were monetized. so for collecting subs in particular niche a great method.

It takes time. As I said earlier, 90-180 days to be recommended or news, celebrities and very trendy topic so get recommended in the first days. That's why they perform so well.
Youtube perfectly knows which content should be suggested but if You keep same topic let's say "12 advice for dating men" and than create a video "12 advice for dating woman" create similar tags, and half of the description the same - thosevideos will be in suggested videos up next.
you need promo outside youtube and shot outs from other youtube channels that audience would be interested in your beats. we had music channel before, uploaded like 100+ music copyright-free, almost forgot the channel, for like half years and 1 video exploded collecting 2M views.. just like that.. so stay focused, upload and it might happen
Ofcourse, keywords and thumbnail are important for You.
you have to be patience and wait at least 180 days uploading videos till you determine - change your niche or do something else. HALF YEAR - if it's not working after that, change things.

you can't check the video before uploading, Upload, make it unlisted see if there is no checks and go live. if you are trying to manipulate the system, than sooner or later it will become copyright.
yes you have to verify google adsense account to get paid.
I would wait at least 180 days before making any action of that account with 50 videos. ( also, keep uploading as this will give you more impressions on all of your videos)
Honestly review your channel and check for stats, like retention and CTR - if they are low change the quality of the content. if they are high, aim for keywords IN THAT niche that can be combined with other niches. People love to see something new, not just things they already heard in the last 5 years. Which may also cause your channel to be invisible.
take a look at the best performing videos of yours and analyze the drop of viewers.
ONCE YOU FIND "AHA", create content only about one theme, that your audience are finding You.

However, you should look at your impressions and see how and which keyword drove most of the traffic. than.. combine your anime + cooking + additional niche. For example " how I made 5000$ with cooking recipes on amazon kindle" and make a video about this.. so Your audience that are interested in cooking would click and watch your video. In such case you could start making things like How to make money selling recipes.. How to make money making food and so on.
It depends on the country, for European, you can add any IBAN and they will transfer funds to the bank account. I don't know how they are for other country residents.
