I ordered their dongles and they still haven't shipped my dongles so I decided to cancel the order 2 weeks ago but they still haven't processed my refund yet. They are kind of shady. I'm glad I didn't buy their enterprise package. I want my money back for the dongles I cancelled.

Send me your order number and I'll look into this.

Generally, refunds take 5-10 business days to process, if there's no return. And 2 weeks ago all orders were placed on backorder.

They are kind of shady. I'm glad I didn't buy their enterprise package. I want my money back for the dongles I cancelled.

Can you explain what you mean by this? We keep refund requests updated with their refund status and if you really do have an order with us, you should have received an email update about the exact refund date 1-2 days ago.
