Scrapebox crashed and can't use it anymore

Hi,

I let Scrapebox run over the night but when I woke up I saw that there had been a power outage while I was asleep and now I restarted the PC and Scrapebox, but the software does not work anymore. I have 3 instances of them that I was (sporadically) using more to test things than actually using but neither instance works anymore after last night's power failure.

I tested the server connection and the auth icon is red, the other 2 are green. Also, it says at the bottom right side of the software in red letters "Timeout when accessing the Scrapebox server".

Well, I'm new to this software (just purchased it a week ago and I'm still trying to figure out how to use it) so, needless to say that I'm clueless about making it work again after last night's power loss.

Can someone help?

Never had that problem with Scrapebox but you can probably fix it by unistalling Scrapebox then reinstalling it should fix it if not contact the Scrapebox support team or @Sweetfunny

I thought about doing that, but I'm afraid I might lose various things that I've saved (settings, temporary sessions, etc). I'll wait for a few more replies and then I'll contact support, it's a good idea

I see well you can normally update depending on what you did quite easy if I ever make changes to Scrapebox to make it fun faster overall for me changes normally take seconds at most unless I am doing a lot of things t it,

Hello! I am facing a big problem with SB for OSX. I can't use harvesting engines because I get a "-1 Could Not load SSL library" error. Did you face an error like this? SB official support seems a little lost about this situation and can't find the answer to solve the problem. I am quite lost. @loopline and SB Support are very kind when answering my questions but we couldn't find the solution. Perhaps other Mac users found they way out of this problem.

I don't know, man, I'm not using Macs. I really wish I could help you, but I'm clueless

Try the update its working for someone else. The ssl libs were optimized for Monteray but seems they were not backwards compatible with older versions of mac. Seems like its working now.
