My site now has around 3k pageviews/month and I'd like to capitalize on the money I'm leaving on the table. My issue is I've heard it makes your site super slow and Ezoic is also buggy, not to mention they want you to pay to get better rates? Is it worth using Ezoic with such little pageviews or better to wait until 50k?

I my opinion is NOT, check out my experience with them on this thread https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/ezoic-2nd-chance-a-total-fail.1347898/

I use their new leap CDN and there hasn't been any slowness like on their old CDN. So I'm pretty happy with it.

I have no problems with Ezoic. It works well for me.

However, unless you're in a high paying niche, you won't make much with 3000 Pageviews.

I'm making a good bit from affiliate already so I imagine that the pageviews would pay decent.

Then maybe you should try it out. I’ve not had issues with them but I’ve read lots of threads where people have had issues.

With 3k page views a month, you might make 20-30$ on the high end with them.

I use them, and if you set it up properly, you shouldn't have issues. You can make your pages load first and then have the ads load after to reduce load times.

I don't use their CDN, though, as it was causing page layout issues, so I just turned it off. I have Cloudflare set up anyways for that.

I've read many threads of people having issues with them, but a lot of it comes from them causing the issues themselves and them not using their options to get help (sending in a ticket with Ezoic/Cloudflare, etc.)

Just my 2 cents.

For me, it's not worth it at all. They will make your site as slow as hell and clutter it with tonns of ads.

Just stick to adsense till you can apply to a better network.

Not worth it. It is going to kill user experience of your site (To many ads). You can also have some other way (affiliate) to make some money.

Been using Ezoic for almost an year now. I'd say they are decent unless you have 100k visits per month after which you eventually want to switch on to Adthrive

You'll always get mixed responses. The best thing to do is to try it yourself to see how it performs on your site. You have very little to lose. 3k pageviews per month won't earn you much, so don't be scared to test different things.

But if you try it, make sure you don't use your main site, cuz it will kill your speed and you may have problems like I did, better not to put your money making site on it, try a low traffic site, 1k visits per month, they are approving eveyone now, it's just taking a long time.
Affiliate + adsense works great for me, $10k+ per month using both

^ This sums it up
I personally had a complete trash experience with them, twice.
However, a friend of mine who I do trust had a real pleasant experience with them on the flip side.
3k isn't much, do some testings, it may work good for you, or you might have a horrible experience with them.
Regardless of how they are, the course they make you do at the start are VERY helpful for anyone who is new to the game.
I do recommend at least do the course even if you are not going with them.

Ezoic are fine... you just gta know what your doing. Many dummies apply and dnt know how to configure thier site to work with them.

Niche is most important for higher earnings.

Ezoic is great for certain niches.

That's the bottom line.

If you are in the health niche or legal information and financial advice niches, you're good to go.

In fact, in those niches, Ezoic blows Google AdSense out of the water.

It's not even a contest.

Ezoic leaves Google AdSense far behind by a country mile, if I may say so myself.

But you have to be in the right niche.

And unfortunately, if you are in an outlier niche and you don't get that much traffic — and I'm talking about less than 10,000 views a month — it might not be worth it.

You probably would be better off monetizing whatever traffic you have with your own products.

Coming up with your own ebook or hiring somebody to create an online course for you is not as expensive or as time-intensive as you might assume.

What do I love about having my own products?

Well, I get to sell them my own way so I can optimize my sales materials.

I can also revise or make changes to the digital content that I'm selling based on the feedback that I'm getting from actual customers.

These two factors can enable you to make way more money, selling your products, than posting the code of Ezoic, Google AdSense, or any other display marketing platform out there.

Selling your own products gives a tremendous amount of independence.

It also enables you to leverage whatever amount of traffic you get.

Believe it or not, some websites that sell their own products still manage to make decent money even though they get very little traffic.

That's how powerful it is because it's a custom solution.
