Hii i little bit confused to setup w3 total cache plugin.my site is AdSense base site.

Can i Enable minify option or no?

Check out Google for the setup. And yes, ideally you'd want to minify CSS, JS and HTML.

Minify works fine last time I checked. I'm currently using WP-Rocket. You should check your site after setting these options and clearing cache to confirm everything works as intended.

You don't need to clear cache regularly. If you update themes & plugins, or made any massive changes, then only you need to clear cache so that the changed are reflected instantly. A cron job is run automatically every hour (for most cache plugins) to clear cache of home page if there are new posts. So, there is not much manual work required.

Try suggest from W3 Total Cache. ( Wizard setup step by step )

Choose the method with the fastest cache speed.

You can minify both css & js without any problems,
just make sure to increase the cache expiring time and disable js lazy loading,
lazy loading the ads can result in earning drop, there's no option to optimise these ads as they're loading from external source
