New Search campaign- Doubt

Hello, I'm a beginner. So earlier I used to run smart campaigns for my Ecom website to test around. Last week I created my first search campaign- maximize conversion , it was showing "eligible (learning) " for the last 5 days. Today it says "eligible" , but I don't see any ads running (everything is zero). Any idea how can I fix this and start running it? Also, I entered 700% target ROAS- it was optional. (My profit margins are razor thin and the price is slightly high - Oil painting niche -$99 onwards, hence the high ROAS). Thank you, I really appreciate your time and knowledge.

Ad status showing "Eligible" does not mean that the ad is live. If it is showing "Eligible", but still not actually live, then most probably there is an account review happening (which is usually an automatic account review, no human review). Just wait for another 2 to 3 days (WITHOUT making any changes) and see what happens : either it will go live or account will get suspended.

Ad status showing "Eligible" does not mean that the ad is live. If it is showing "Eligible", but still not actually live, then most probably there is an account review happening (which is usually an automatic account review, no human review). Just wait for another 2 to 3 days (WITHOUT making any changes) and see what happens : either it will go live or account will get suspended.

Oh god, I hope it doesn't get suspended, because I used to use the same ad copy for Smart campaigns. But anyways, Thank you for your feedback.

Hello, So from learning stage it went to eligible and ads were rated poor, so I made changes again to improve the ad rating, even then I saw no results. Today I spoke to google ads support . They said the problem was with keyword match type. I had selected " exact match" , they asked me to change it to phrase match to get results and better performance . Rest everything is fine they said. So I'll make the changes again today and check after 24-48 hours. Let's see. Also I removed the Target ROAS option for the time being, since my account does not have enough data. So it's set at maximize conversion. Also is there any way to find out our competitors ad budget, or ad impression? Thank you

Nice to know that your ads went live. Never contact Google Ads support, as they are trained to give suggestions that maximize ad spendings. For poor rated ads (low quality score), what you need to ensure (in search ads) is that your website, ad's keywords, ad's headlines, ad's descriptions are all very very very "synced" with eachother.
