Yes u can just connect to your after you bought my channel. But if you Adsense was recently linked with terminated,demonetized channel, you should be careful. You can also request a free youtube adsense from your country if you buy a monetized channel.

1. Yes, i think u should be good.
2. And no its normal question, bro. I do think you can reupload your old videos, but i cant confirm you will be safe. Youtube is very strict and crazy, you shouldnt raise any red flag.
Best thing to do is keep upload original videos, green niche, at least one video/ week
3.Yes, but only a little better like 5% i believe. For me i usually hide/delete my old boosted videos when my new videos have more than 4k watch hours.
And its not like i have many gaming channels in my stock. They are harder to approve than Vlog and DIY.
