1 - i have my own way to generate New IP . RDP and residential proxxy are good.

I am trying to fix a B2B clients adwords.
He has 2 campaigns with quite a few adsets for each campaign The ad budget is 630 USD pr. month.
Total amount of clicks: 1000 clicks the last 30 days, and a CTR of 2,12%.
Avg. CPC. 0,90 USD

How do I optimize this and get him more clicks?

I feel like he has a lot of ads that just look like each other.

1- For B2B dont run display
2- Improve ad title ..( user read titles only . description is for quality score
3- Landing page - landing page must answer all the questions in mind when user clicks the ads. then only people will contact you for business.

In shopping ads . People only see product image, title and price . So ideally in for any keywords our ads appear in shopping result out product must look better in terms of price and other parameter .

You can't control other product price and title but you can make small product groups rather all targeting all products in one group .

You just need to looks better with other products you are sharing the ad space.

This time try with real billing address and real payment info. You will be definitely get success.
Using same process again and again is not a good thing to do.
If you are getting fail so many items , it's time to make big change in new account farming process.

It's not the country but your activity / process of creating new account which decided , how long it will survive. You need to keep hosting your address account harvesting system.

Use bank payment in place of vcc. Accounts success rate will increase .

Hello, earlier I used to run smart campaign. Last week I created my first search campaign- maximize conversion , it was showing "eligible (learning) " for the last 5 days. Today it says "eligible" , but I don't see any ads running. Any idea how can I fix this? Also, I entered 700% target ROAS- it was optional. (My profit margins are razor thin and the price is slightly high - Oil painting niche -$99 onwards). Thank you, I really appreciate your time and knowledge.

While you create new ads , google give more priority to new camping and check all the possible ad spots to get set desired result. In learning phase google is evaluating about cpc , keywords, quality score etc. After campaign is eligible you need to fight with other competitors in same space. So profit margin/ performance is low in compare to previous 5 days.
Now it's time to pull search team report and see the other performance matrix and make adjustments in campaigns . Bid, keywords, landing page etc.

Yes , google dont live amm panel ads .
Cloaking is second step, first step is to get apprival .
Some cloaking provider provider facility to setup and activate it after some time.

Step ads as you are amm panel development company , this way you can get approval for smm panel and related keywords .

After keywords approval , i am sure you know the next step.
