Here's the thing, my cousin works in the accounting department for an advertising agency and they outdoor stuff like billboards etc. She's able to see the new clients etc

I've always wanted to start an outdoor advertising business but offering something unique and that's cost effective for me as well.

I'll use her clients and email them my service... But the thing is i have no idea what to start my business on. Like what exactly could i do offline to help them advertise their business.. Like billboards but cheaper etc.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

firstly, do you have the required licences to be a broker,

billboard advertising is a real time big business and not for anyone without some financial backings

helping your clients also entails understanding such things as point of sight, this is a layman term
reaching out to other businesses or brokers who already have billboards
thereby reducing the cost

this means you must be ready to also mount your own billboards, or rent billboards, as well as adding other advantages that gives customers edge over their competitors

So im looking to start my OWN business in outdoor advertising but not doing billboard (i used that as an example). I just have access to the clients that actually pay for outdoor advertising.. Those are my "leads"

I want to offer them something.. Problem is i Don't know any cheap but effective outdoor advertising services.. Like besides Billboards, posters, pole stuff etc... I want to offer only One service.. But something different.

Ok here it goes...free business advice.
I know of some smart kids who looked at all the empty office spaces in the city. Offices usually remain empty for quite some time. They reached out to the real estate agents that represent the buildings and negotiated a deal where they would put advertising on the windows of the office until it was rented/sold. In return, they paid the real estate agent a percentage of the revenue. Great visibility in town centres, so lots of exposure. Maybe you can try something in your area? Especially now with the pandemic and everyone working from home. A lot of prime real estate sitting empty.

You are right. I think this is the best advice. Maybe you must change your point of view.
