Help understanding the Instagram Ambassador Method For Dropshipping.

Hi everyone.

I hope everyone is doing well.

I’m looking for a little bit of help/guidance regarding the “e-commerce ambassador method/ ms method” I believe that is what it is called.

I’ve spent the last few days researching this method. I’ve come to realise that I understand exactly what these brands are doing, however, actually implementing it is where I am confused.

I’m not asking for someone to lay out the exact method even though that would be amazing lol, just a bit of guidance or tips and I am happy to research it and figure it out.

Reading the forums, there is a lot of scattered info so I decided to compile to what I believe is the method, and hopefully you can let me know if I’m on the right track.

1. You have a main account - “@brandname” and then 50 or so secondary accounts named something like “@brandname.alex”.
2. These accounts are the ones that will comment on the pictures of people saying something along the lines of “@profilename DM @mainaccount to collab” - the bit I am confused on, is how are they actually doing this.
   1. Are they using a bot like Jarvee?
   2. Are they doing this manually with a bunch of VA’s? If so, is there a need to have proxies, and which proxies - 4g ones?
   3. Do they have a custom bot which performs this action for them?
   4. Are they paying for a service from a provider?
   5. None of these? If so, what are they doing?
3. After the profile has dm’d the main profile, I understand the process. The VA will then use a script to close the sale, usually offering a large discount to heavily marked up products, or offer them a free product just pay for shipping.

Other questions:

So my question really lies with point 2. The actual method of “how” to implement the strategy. If anyone has any insight to this, that would be greatly appreciated.

Are these brands literally buying aged instagram accounts or are they creating them themselves with proxies and warming the accounts up?

Are these brands using any “scraper” tool to find the accounts which to comment on?

One last thing, it seems that the main profile’s account followers grow too. So, are they also using some kind of M/S strategy to grow alongside the actual commenting on people’s posts?

This is what I have came to understand over the past few days looking into this method, if I am wrong, I’m more than happy to be corrected. I understand there are a few more technicalities I need to learn I.e the script, the proxies, warming up of instagram accounts etc, but the above points are what I’m most confused on at the moment.

You need a custom private coded bot to do this (expensive).
There are no public bots working at the moment.

You're talking about the Mother/Child method. Ambassador growth would be something different.
