Personally caffeine is ineffective for me never did even when I was younger. I think its cuz I had undiagnosed ADHD until early this summer. I was prescribed adderall and it helped a lot before that I used to use nootropics (too many to list but practically every racetam and more). My new personal favorite stack is simply adderall & phenylpiracetam. I do feel an increase in anxiety and restlessness so sometimes ill counteract this with a bowl of weed. Not enough to get me high but enough to mellow me out. I've gotten more done in the past month than I have in a year. 3 new projects all coming along nicely just being held back by housekeeping/waiting on people and my grades have gone back up. I went from getting all As to failing classes due to online school and this stack fixed it I managed to get a 97% on my calculus final despite getting a ~60% on the midterm. Highly recommend it if your willing to counteract the negative affects through a healthy lifestyle. Magnesium at night also helps you reduce the tolerance buildup of adderall and also helps you sleep.

Another stack that's mostly just recreational is weed and coluractam. The visual sharpness and energy boost from coluractam synergies so well with weed. Working out on this stack or going on a run is god tier. Went on a hike with this combo and it was amazing. Its not the generic euphoria based happiness you get with other drugs I don't know exactly how to describe it but it's like how life was when you were a kid if that makes any sense.

This is stupid and dangerous, benefits do not weigh out the risks and complications you will face.

There are not a lot of materials here on nootropics, but you should search posts from brainstorm1 and BreaknBrix

Nice stack buddy. Just make sure you haven't turned into a superhuman for a while.
The drop hurts.
And the heart aches bad as well.

Don't want to scare you, but cocaine and amphetamine are not healthy.

This is just how my addiction started. I noticed this ultra deep focus on MDMA, weed and ritalin.
Then all of a sudden it all went away.
Guess why.
All of my neurotransmitters were depleted.
And your will be too.
You already damaged your neurons and synapses.
A single dose of adderall is enough.
Enough to rewire your thinking and make yourself think you have a godlike solution now.

Good luck thinking it'll last more than a few years.

I’ve tried all kinds of different racetams but had never noticed any real effects from it. I like caffeine + theanine combo. Although nothing works like real adhd medication…

Are you implying that one can be disappointed with pharmaceutical grade amphetamines and phenidates?
I think it's impossible to find someone who is addicted to work disappointed with this type of stuff.
But it's not medication in any sense.

Nootropics are dangerous if you are just going by other peoples opinion, I would just recommend just take natural supplements to increase brain functions

MDMA most likely caused you the most damage. Ive been around drugs my whole life and never got addicted to anything besides nicotine (god damn you big tobacco!) I don't even take adderall daily, only on days dedicated to personal or school work. I get my work done in blocks dedicating a single day to one project. I still have yet to finish my first months prescription and even though its been close to two months. I've never taken more than my prescribed amount and only take my full amount when working on strenuous projects. I've never felt the urge to take more. Racetams have very low toxicity compared to MDMA or Stimulants and again I use them sparingly.

Drugs are bad yes I agree but there is such a thing as moderation.

Just stop taking adderall for a while and see how effective treatment recetams are. Adderall is the only reason your results go way up.
No human will focus for 12 hours straight. ADHD is probably a misdiagnosis. I can get ADHD diagnosis next week, but why would I.
It's just a dull task that appears to a practitioner more interesting than it was to them before a substance ingestion. Achieve it without drugs.
Chasing grades is stupid. Grades are stupid.

Poly drug use. If you are missing the word. :D

Adhere to plant-based supplements like Ashwagandha
It can even boost your T-level.

I would agree with all you said.

Each person different of course but here is some natural things you can take Wheatgrass,Manuka honey,up your vitamin intake per day, eat more Indian or Pakistani they often add cool things to food which can do wonders for your body or mind.

Buy a soupmaker if you don't already have it then get some vegetables then make up big jug of soup then drink it in one day or two days depending on your preferences .

ashwagandha made me depressed,

Yeah so don't do this, combine 300mg caffeine & 4mg nicotine.... big fucken mistake let me tell ya.
Well get a ferret he or she will make you happy instead and don't take nicotine as well.

No supplement, only coffee and sports.
If you don't want to feel tired, cut on sugar.

I was thinking of using them a couple of years ago, but then I thought to myself if that they really increase my productivity how do I go back and be less productive once I stop using them
